They did not have their numbers together with insurance. Shonda with Dr. Tarver told us we would have to pay a "little more" for my husband's denture then called after he had all 12 teeth removed and was sitting in the dentist chair to inform me that it would be another $675 due immediately! This is money that I could have spent on my children's Christmas and could have waited until the next fiscal year to have the denture purchased. They gave absolutely NO instructions on denture care. Love the people at my dentist office. Made me feel at ease and relaxed.
One reason is that my company provides insurance that they accept. They are also informative in their procedures and such. Very nice staff and doctors. I had a temp crown come a loose and they brought me in over an hour before they opened to get me fixed up.
My Son has had an excellent experience here in being well cared for. Everybody is so caring,polite and friendly.Dr Tarver is brilliant.
People COLD just wanted to get me out the door.and I have great insurance.won't go back.
