Dr. Patel, and everyone at the Jefferson St. office, are amazing! I've always been one who is extremely uncomfortable going to the Dentist. No longer the case. In addition to excellent work, their goal seems to be to put the patients at ease, and they do an unbelievable job at it! Professional, friendly, compassionate. I can't say enough. Speaking for myself and my husband, thank you all for helping us get our dental work in order!
Staffing, I was scheduled for 12:45 advised to come in 15 minutes early. I arrived about 12:20 and here it is 20 after 1 and I’m still waiting. If patients are 15 minutes late they want to cancel your appointment and charge a fee, but they can keep you waiting all day...
Very nice staff & all the dentist have great bedside manners. Both locations are wonderful.
Dr. Tarver and his staff were awesome! They helped me work through my fears (hate needles) and made the experience nice. Dr. Tarver did an excellent job!
