This place is about as much of a screwing as you can get. I'm not cheap with my dogs health, but these people take to a new level. I was appalled when I saw the itemized invoice for my puppies visit. A $3.50 charge for cleaning up his poop? I would have done it myself out of principal. I was told I was getting a 'sample' of the canine equivalent to Xanax when for one, my dog didn't need it. And two, they charged me for an entire bag, and that stuff isn't cheep! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
We have always taken our kitties here. The staff is very knowledgeable and the doctors are wonderful, kind and very thorough!
We've been taking our dogs to CAH for over twenty years, including our newest adopted addition. The doctors and staff are caring and loving, going out of their way to greet our pets and make them comfortable. We have had all phases of care at CAH and have always gotten thorough and sensitive treatment. Clean, bright and organized. The best!
