Horrible service took forever to get drinks, appetizers and food- food was cold!
If you go, expect subpar food. This is not the Cowboys that it used to be. This is no longer owned and operated by the original owners. Even after Cowboy died, his wife kept it running and it stayed a quality restaurant. It isn't fresh quality food. The popcorn shrimp was FROZEN shrimp, like what you could buy in the grocery store. BEST SEAFOOD EVER! GREAT FOR RELAXING OUT ON THE DECK BY THE WATER AFTER A BUSY DAY! THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR AND HAS THAT BEACHY FEEL AND LIVE BAND EVERY FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT WITH WEATHER PERMITTING!
My husband and I love Cowboy's on the water and we go there often, he loves the scallops I love the mahi mahi, their appetizers are absolutely delicious, their stuff is always friendly and great
Best catfish I ever had! Wonderful service!!! They were actually closed and they served us anyway! So glad they did it was our last night in Tennessee!!

Haven't had a bad meal yet! Have visited several times last year and twice so far this year (I don't give anybody 5 stars lol).

Should have left when they couldn't find anyone to seat us but stayed. Took over 35 minutes to get our order (with only a very few tables filled). We both ordered the seafood special - Red Snapper. The snapper on both plates was overcooked and dry and not even sure it was snapper. Mine was even burned in places on the bottom.
