I love this place and have gone for years. More recently, when getting a service I chose the one I wanted and the person who was going to do my nails kept trying to make me get a higher paying service. I understand them wanting to make more money but regardless of what I get I always tip very well. Every time I go I get a different service sometimes high one sometimes a lower one depending on my budget. It just feels gross to go and try or be pushed to get something else when you have no idea what my budget for the month is.... read more
This was my first time going to this salon. We were greeted with great hospitality. I have not had a manicure for over a year because I am a diabetic and every time I left the salon , my n Hands were bleeding and hurting so I finally stop going. My daughter took me here to try and I am so happy. I would highly recommend Jade. She was wonderful, understanding, and took very good care of me. I don’t live in Texas, but the next time that I am visiting I will definitely stop by and ask for Jade. My nails are beautiful.
I've been getting my nails done here for yrs now. However the last few times I've been the prices continue to rise. Yet, I'm getting the same services. Today's my last day with this place. I was charged an extra $5 for a dip set because my nails grew out from the last time I was there. They charged me to cut and shape my nails short square/round. Isn't that part of the service? I was charged an extra $10 last time because I got black tips for a French manicure. Nothing fancy no additional designs. And the polish chipped less... read more
