Great cut, overall wonderful experience – I had a really good cut with Erika, who was friendly and responsive to my requests. She listened really well and gave me the cut that I want, with the maintenance level that I want (that means LOW!) She suggested products but was not pushy, which I liked. WAAAY over rated – I had color done here twice, two different color people, both times I was treated really badly my color was not good. To book a color appointment I was required to come in for a consultation. I was treated like I'm a freak - blame ME for not listening to my gut, I should not have gone back. I'm gray and want minimal upkeep - they suggested going dark! HELLO! Dark hair means that in 3 weeks I have bright gray roots ! fabulous hilights – The hair modeling program is terrific -- I just got the most amazing full set of hilights for $25. My hair's never looked better. Emily rocks and I highly recommend her!
I've been seeing Tracey at Cowboys and Angels since they first opened shop, and was shocked to see some of the reviews left on their site. I have never once left the salon with a bad haircut or a bad experience. Every time I walk through the door I'm greeted with a warm smile and I honestly look forward to my visits. I was just in last week and with the fabulous new haircut Tracey gave me I feel 10 years younger! My husband still hasn't stopped telling me how great I look. Thank you Tracey!
don't believe the hype! – One of the worst haircuts I've EVER gotten. I had to made an appt. at another place to "correct" the cut. And what's the point of having an appt. if they make you wait 30 minutes. I know appointments do run late but at least call your clients and let them know.
Loyalty – i have been going to cowboys and angels for about six years now and love it!!! the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. my stylist 'enrique' is great and he's always good a making sure he knows what i want.
