This place could be so much more but. It is kinda run down. When I lived there any repairs that were needed I had to do myself because. Management never got around to it. The barn/arena with a little TLC could be great, but almost no repairs are ever done there
The staff is super friendly. If I had to recommend a place to live, train or stable your horses I'd definitely recommend them.
If you’re looking for a quiet, homey place to live, this is it. I rented a duplex unit from them for 2 1/2 years and have never missed a place I’ve rented, but I know I will miss living at Cowboy Country. The management is amazing and will fix any problem in a timely manner or keep you in the loop if they are physically unable to get someone out that moment.
