We lived here over the last year and the office staff and maintenance crew are amazing. Any time we had an issue they were immediately on top of it and, they were all so nice. I dealt with Andrea the most, and she is SO sweet! The only issue we had here aside from normal apartment stuff was a few neighbors who liked to keep my kid up blaring their music, but that was handled as well. I highly recommend them!
The Timbers are one of, if not, the best apartment complex in Huntsville TX. My girlfriend and I moved in, June 25th, 2021 and lived there until June 28th, 2024 The move-in process was smooth and stress free and the staff was helpful and answered all of our questions. The Apartment was nice and clean we moved in with no damage or problems of any kind. No pests or Mold. We also had washer/dryer hookups. The Timbers have been a saving grace for me from the moment I walked into the office to tour. Not only do they have washer and dryer hook ups in every apartment, an amazing pool, and devoted staff, they also take the time to host events for tennants to mingle and win prizes! This complex has me wanting to live here forever!
I've lived at The Timbers a little over 3 years and I've had a great experience! The entire staff has been friendly and helpful. It's a peaceful complex with a great pool and gym.
Best staff in Huntsville! Love this property.
