Too busy to seat a party of one on a Sunday in August? OK that’s fine. Even though there were four empty two top tables. I’ll give someone else my money.

Thank you so much for hosting our large group of 52 ladies from the Trilogy at Vistancia Women's Club today. Everything was delicious and the staff who waited on us were so attentive to our needs and took great care of us. Nancy Watson, Cowboy Ciao's Event Coordinator, planned our lunch and made it very special for us and even printed special menus with our club logo on it. A very nice touch. I really enjoyed my visit. I had the chicken fried trout and it was great. We had the bread pudding after and it was shockingly great. The bartender, Dennis was the best. Thanks guys for helping to make my date go well.

Was good! Went here for my birthday dinner. It is pricy! However, the quality is very good. Had Wild Boar, the wife had soup. Even I ordered Malbec (a red), it tasted more like table wine... The waiter was very friendly n' knew his offerings. Very nice scenery! Local atmosphere.
Chopped salad is the only thing worth eating here. They cant cook anything elsecorrectly.
