Food was good, very limited menu , inside needs to be remodeled and the service was questionable. .....but I still give it 4 starz one of the best locations in Scottsdale. ....

We had a resorvaion so we were sat down right away, the atmosphere was cozy, it took awhile for our server to approach us and serve us water and take our cocktail orders, and just as long to take our dinner order, when we wanted to share a dish the server came across flippant, it made us feel as if we weren't going to spend enough money on this order we weren't worth his time, we ordered the elk and at $49 for that dish I didn't expect the risotto to be raw and hard in the middle to be told the risotto is served al dente, I'... read more
We were seated right away but it took quite a while for our waiter to appear and then a while to get our water. The waiter seemed robotic and insincere. The menu is limited but all of our dinners were very good. I would have rated this at least four stars if our waiter wasn't such a downer.
Gorgeous decor, subpar service, disappointing food. Salad was the highlight of the meal. Drinks were watered down and blah, black bean and chorizo soup was pured black beans, oversalted and no chorizo in my bowl at all. Expensive for the lack of quality. Will not return. Many better choices in Scottsdale area, for SURE!
