I had an amazing experience with Nessa at Cowboy Bridal—she was truly a gem! Her attention to detail, patience, and enthusiasm made my appointment so special. She went above and beyond to help me find a dress I felt beautiful in, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. Cowboy Bride truly made my dreams come to life! I had my eye on a dress that was at Cowboy Bride for a trunk show only for a weekend. When I told Beth, the owner, I was going to be traveling that weekend and couldn’t make the trunk show, she was so accommodating and opened the store on a Sunday just so I could try it on. Buyer beware of this shop! Cute dresses but customer focus is poor. We ran into an issue with my daughter’s dress described below. Beth’s first statement to me over the phone when I called her asking for help was, “What do you want me to do about it?” Beth has picked through part of the discussions and left out important information that describes the production problem in the bodice that was identified by two tailors.
