Predatory company in the US. Do not use their products, read this review and stay away. They lock you in lying about terms, do your due diligence and read the contract and think long term. Went with rental terms and they switched out the contract to a 6 year “buying” the machine contract, for 3 of my locations. After you sign the contract they can care less about you. 절대 이용하지 마세요. 불법 채권추심에 황당한 서비스까지, 이게 기업이 맞나 싶습니다. 저는 캘리포니아 파사데나에서 코웨이를 이용했습니다. 요금은 단 한 번도 연체 없이 전액 납부했습니다. 서비스를 더 이상 이용하지 않게 되면서, 코웨이에 수차례 전화해서 서비스를 중단하고 제 이름을 계정에서 빼달라고 직접 요청했습니다. 전화할 때마다 담당자들은 미납금이 없다고 확인해줬고, 이름을 삭제 처리하겠다고 했습니다. 그 확인을 저는 여러 번 받았습니다. 그런데 거기서 끝이 아닙니다. 서비스 기사가 방문했을 당시, 저는 이미 이사 준비가 완료된 상태였습니다. 집 안에 짐이 전부 싸여 있었고, 박스와 짐들이 가득했습니다. 기사가 현장을 직접 눈으로 봤습니다. 누가 봐도 이사 나가는 집이었습니다. 그런데 그 상황에서 기사가 한 일이 뭔지 아세요? 필터와 소모품을 무려 15개를 놓고 갔습니다. 이사 나가는 집에 필터를 15개. 이게 말이 됩니까? 이건 단순 실수가 아니라 의도적인 분쟁 유발이라고 볼 수밖에 없습니다. 그리고 결국, 미납금이 없다는 확인... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Predatory practices, illegal debt collection, and zero accountability. Where do I even begin. I was a Coway customer in Pasadena, CA. I paid every single bill on time — and when I decided to stop the service, I called Coway MULTIPLE TIMES to tell them I no longer needed the service and to remove my name from the account. They text you last minute for basic maintenance and when you say you’re not available, they ignore you for a whole month. They are not following their own guidelines and should be audited and penalized

Absolutely do not recommend. Sales rep never disclosed the contract term-- found out on installation day. Customer service was RUDE and completely unhelpful. Feels like a scam. Terrible experience. Stay away！！！If I could give 0 stars, I would！
