The most nourishing meal - and interactions! - I could have dreamed of for my one-night stay in Wichita. The seasonal salad bar is stocked with delicious homemade treats - including potato salad; super fresh, flavorful greens;delectable hummus; and myriad pickled things (my version of heaven). I also ordered curried cauliflower soup over mushroom rice, which was absolutely incredible, as well. I am full and warm in my stomach and my heart! Thanks, Sow & Cow Deli! I will be back.

Dad and I went down there today (2-3-14) he had the turkey BLT I had the moooofalata sandwich both very good and filling.. all local ingredients please visit this eatery it's great
Had the sweet potato soup, it was so good I had to order the ham and beans. Both the best soups I have had in a long time. Glad they support local food!
Absolutely delicious. I tend to create my own sandwich wherever I can, and I love that they have this option. It's always fresh and warm and makes a complete mess of my hands. We all know that's how you know you're eating a good sandwich! The sweets are always top notch and if you haven't tried the lavender lemonade yet, literally go get one right this instant.
