We were out visiting family from California and came across this little Gem! Great Farm to Table Food. Mostly Organic and Non-GMO. The Owners were very accommodating, friendly and generous. Tracy was having us taste test all their yummy cuisine! The Copper Pennies are the Best I've ever eaten! The Home Made Cheese Cake Ice Cream was a Fantastic Finish to a Fabulous Evening! We Highly Recommend giving Cow & Sow Deli a try!

It is so wonderful to see a place like this come to our wonderful downtown Wichita! I truly, though, can't tell you whether the food, atmosphere or the owner was the best part! Go decide for yourself!
My friend and I went to lunch here today and it was fantastic!
Wonderful place to eat. Great with kids. Lavender lemonade is a must try.
