I've been coming to the Covington office for 13 years. Before that, the Bonnet Lake office. I've never had an issue with making appointments, even for emergency treatment. Staff is friendly, professional, and are on top of preventative maintenance.
For my daughter's first dental check up, we couldn't have asked for better care! All staff were very friendly and informative. The hygienist was great with our toddler and the pediatric dentist (Dr. Van Reid) was very kind and thoroughly explained everything. I would definitely recommend this practice to others and their kiddos :).
After some of my other dental visits I am beyond HAPPY. Thank you Dr. Bergett. I especially enjoyed the lady that cleaned my teeth. She definitely is a keeper.

I came in for my regular cleaning w/ Cristina. Again, she did an amazing job coaching me on personal hygiene, etc. I can't wait to come back for my next cleaning (I used to NEVER say that. LOL.)
Christina did the least pain experience of X-rays that I have ever had. She was very gentle and thoughtful. Also she was very informative. I hope I get her the next time as well. Lots of excellent suggestions.
I have been going to Covington Family Dentistry since 2011. The service has always been excellent as was my last visit. Kathy had always been my hygienist during those years but has retired. Kathy left me in excellent hands with Tammy. She along with Dr Laura and the office staff made my visit as pleasant as possible.
