I hate, really hate, going to the dentist. I’d rather clean my husband’s bathroom than go to a dentist! Then, one of my crowns fell out at dinner last night. I called multiple “Open Saturday” offices and either got no answer or no availability. I gave up and figured I’d have to postpone a planned trip until Monday or Tuesday after I saw my dentist for the repair, if I could get in. My daughter asked if I had tried out in Covington? Outstanding customer service. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, especially if a tooth needs to be extracted. But the team at Covington Family Dentistry has a way of making you feel relaxed and calm. Overall it was an excellent experience.
They with TLC and are very thorough with explanations of what’s going on and what is needed.
Doctor Burgett is awesome and very intelligent and smart at her expertise in dentistry. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable the whole way through procedure. Thanks to the Covington family dentistry for being so awesome.
I had my 2 upper wisdom teeth extracted today and I was nervous. But my dentist, Laura Burgett, did a really great job!She pulled out my teeth without even me noticing, and I was like “wow! That’s it?” I was scared for no reason lol The place is clean and I feel safe doing procedure here. Def the best dentist I’ve been to :)
Cristina is an amazing hygienist! She was so knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning!
We've always had a great experience with this care team! The admin staff is very kind and helpful, the dental hygienist is attentive, and the dentist is wonderful with my 19 month old daughter. The dental offices are in an unassuming building but inside the team is pure gold. I would definitely recommend Covington Family Dentistry to anyone needing a new practice.
