Amarillo doesnt need apartment buildings such as Sungate and Covington Pointe. Their managements are a disgrace to both their tenants and the community itself. what a joke this apt. complex is. Stacy the apt. manger is a complete idiot who is so strung out on meth that she dont know if she is comming or going. the property is in such bad shape that it needs to be condimed, nothing works here and the drugs run freely, the manager here does drugs all the time so she dont care about nothing. My son rents an apt here. Horrible place. He has been there two years, never fixede the central heat and air. The managers are ridiculous! He stays there because he can get by with sliding on the rent.Talked to management about plumbing etc. They told me to mind my own bussiness. When I asked for the company that owns apts. They refused to tell me. Disgusting smell and lots of animals and critters running around property. Needs to be condemed.
This is the worst place I have ever lived. There are rumors that the apartment complex will be condemed soon. There are serious issues such as rotting wood on the walkways of the second story and missing rails that surround the pool. There are nonfunctioning vehicles in the parking lot for months at a time. Not to mention the damage done to cars in the parking lot due to ridiculously small parking spaces and less than stellar tenants.
