Very thoughtful in how things are being handled with covid (and always) and cautious in every way. Have been coming here for years and have never had an issue of any kind and love the people who work here.
Courteous and warm atmosphere. The staff was prompt and knowledgeable. Dr. Reid made me comfortable. I felt at ease as she explained her expert advice. Procedures went seamless.

COVID19 had me wondering what my dentist trip would look like. The new accommodations and precautions in place appear well thought out and effective. I was comfortable the entire time, the staff were professional, and I recommend Covington Family Dentistry to anyone and everyone. Still worth the 40 minute drive after all these years.

As always, a great visit to Dr Hanssen's Office. From check in to check out the entire staff is professional and happy. Their protocol for COVID19 was second to none! Dr Reid was professional , informative, and friendly. Thank you Covington Family Dentistry.
Not many things I dislike more than going to the dentist. She was very kind and explained everything prior to working to repair a chipped cavity. Her assistant was great as well. The experience was as good as it could be. A 5 star from me for a dental visit has never happened.
