My new night guard wasn't a good fit, and after an attempt to fine tune it it was replaced without any additional charge or attempts to stone wall me, unlike experiences I've had with car dealers, builders, etc., where it seems everything is covered--until it isn't. I had no trouble getting in for an immediate exam and repair on a broken crown installed by another practice where I used to live. I don't feel like a walking dollar sign at this practice.
