Love going to be treated by Dr. Laura for my dental needs! She does painless excellent work, prices reasonable and love the family friendly atmosphere! My dentist retired and I was happy and satisfied with my care and liked him and staff, but this office was a waarm surprise. I recommend them to anyone who mentions dental work And to my family’s! My 89year old father loves them as well‼️
I was scheduled the same day I called about a molar that broke that morning. Dr. Laura B. and Amanda worked quickly and made me comfortable examining and beginning the repair of my tooth. I appreciate the speedy appointment.
Glad I found the new dentist, outstanding hygienist and dentist made the process relaxing and fast.
Staff was very polite and professional. Visit was a general “cleaning” and the facility was clean, quite, and not over crowded. Staff made the visit very comfortable and were able to answer my questions completely.
Office was very clean and comfortable, staff was polite and patient. Went in for a 6 month cleaning, cleaning was quick but thorough. Extremely professional staff and the dentist was detail but did not rush and took time to soeak with the patient. Excellent and the check-in wait time was very minimal.
Staff was very professional, we were seen right away. Staff was extremely professional, detailed, and realistic with overall dental care. Provided great feedback on how to have better dental care at home. And more importantly the staff smiled and was very aware of our time and took care of my kids and I.
It was nice being able to have 2 cavities redone along with my cleaning. It saved me time scheduling another appointment. Everyone was so nice and made sure I was doing well and comfortable.
Greeted in a professional and friendly manner upon my arrival at the front desk. My hygienist, Donna, is a professional and does an amazing job of cleaning my teeth and helping me to maintain great dental hygiene throughout the year. The results: very few trips in for repairs over nearly 30 years of going to Dr Hanssen's Covington Family Dentistry.
I was able to receive advice for next level of care. Received oral exam for tong cancer. The ability to schedule my next checkup in 6 months is awesome. Staff very knowledgeable of my history.
