Staffs are very professional, wait time is very minimal check-in to examination rooms are very clean, & organized. If any issues, it can be easilly resolved because they're very knowlegable.
Jennifer was very good, she's my favorite hygenist.
I havent been to a dentist in 6 years, my wife referred me to this office. Unfortunately, with me neglecting my oral health, i am going to need alot of work done. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. I feel better already and i have only had 1 appointment. The available evening appointments are an additional perk of being a patient here.
This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff is great friendly and professional. Kathy is awesome she is very gentle and explains everything she's doing.while working on you're mouth.
I had a cavity filled by Dr. Laura and it was a great experience...as always. She always explains every detail of the procedure and puts her patients foremost. From check in to check out it was A+...Highly Recommended.
I came in with my 6 year old (first time bringing in my son) and the staff were so great with him! He was actually interested in watching me get my teeth cleaned and Shauntá was amazing with him in explaining things, and making sure he was at a safe distance when I got my x-rays. Then at the end, he was given some kids floss, a coin for the toy dispenser and a pencil. It was like he was their patient last night. Thanks for the great service everyone!
My hygienist Jennifer is awesome. She is patient and thorough. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Deno is the best!!! He has been so patient and helpful in guiding me through some major dental work. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable going to the dentist!
For all, approximately 7 years I have been going here, every appointment has been enjoyable, other than my ailment, whatever that may have been. :) Thank you to ALL staff for a great experience!
I've been coming to Covington Family Dentistry for over 10 years. The customer service is always friendly. The dental service is excellent. Kathy works diligently to keep my teeth in the best possible condition; suggests home care to help me take great care between cleanings. All in all always a comfortable experience!
