Covington made a HUGE mistake putting a guy named Jerry in charge! We have done business with them in the past with no problem. I called spoke to Jerry who told me to bring my vehicle in, knowing the Allison transmission was in a Suburban, but not Chevrolet programming, to be hooked up to the analyzer. So I drove 20 miles in limp mode, just to be told when I got there that they would not work on it!
