Great experience~had a tooth pulled yesterday and could not asked for a better team. Ms. Gina and staff are the BEST! They even found a diffuser for me to apply my oils~warm blanket and a massage chair all to make me comfortable and at peace! Thank you so blessed with your service!
If you want to LOVE your dentist and look forward to going, then look no further! I am new to Hickory and I have been blown away by the kindness of the staff, the efficient care, and knowledgeable dentists at Covington Dental. Everything is clean, comfortable, brand new and state of the art. The office can take electronic images of your teeth which are then immediately available on a TV in front of you so that the staff can more easily explain what they are seeing and areas of concern. I absolutely love this Dentist Office with their wonderful patient care and exceptional customer service. I also referred my husband there and he agrees. I'm glad because he has had some unpleasant past experiences elsewhere. We both are truly pleased.
I absolutely love this practice. I used to work in Hickory so it was always convenient to be able to go during my lunch break. I no longer work in Hickory but continue to go because they're that good. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always helpful. My hygienist Emily is top notch. I haven't switched to a another practice closer to me because of how well she does her job. Dr. Mark is a great Dentist and very friendly.
