My dentist of 40 years retired and drs Covington stepped right in. I have been very happy with all the dental care I have had. Glad to be a patient in that practice.

I've been going to Covington Dental since they took over practice from Dr. Poovey. All of the staff are very professional and very responsive. I had a problem with a tooth during an office vacation. They had some working to respond to calls and called me back to schedule a time that I could see them as soon as possible. They are very knowledgeable about procedures and explain all so I know what to expect. Covington and Covington are WONDERFUL dentists. When Mark and Gina took over the late Dr Poovey's practice I was wondering what the NEW doctors would be like. Trying to find a GOOD dentist is hard. After trying various dental practices in the Hickory area, I'll never leave Covington Dental. The facility is A+, the staff is A+ and the Dentists are A+. I've never had a better first visit to any dentist as a new patient.
