Hahahaha! So funny!
This place should be avoided at all costs! We lived there 4yrs total but had to leave due to the entire building falling apart, infestation, mold and even had this all confirmed by Merced Code Enforcement. My infant daughter had to be on asthma medicine, but that all went away the second we moved out! Jennifer Amparo was the absolute worst landlord I've ever had. She did next to nothing to fix any reported problems, ignored tenant harassment, would not involve herself in anything that might fall back on her. The water was sh... read more
