Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. No only do they call me a dozen times a day. They continue to harass my employer to the point it puts me in a bad situation. I have told them countless times I can’t make a payment and insist they just send me to collections. But they refuse to do so and tonight the lady told me she would continue to call me and bully me into going into the office. Seeing recent reviews, I feel for these people. They should not be allowed to harass us. Especially at our jobs.

Only giving 1 star because I HAVE to. Covington Credit is the MOST unprofessional establishment that I have EVER done business with. I got a check in the mail from them, and as I was in quite a hind at the time I ignorantly cashed it. Prior to cashing it I read the terms and conditions and agreed. I tried to call the office on multiple occasions after cashing and was never able to reach anyone. I received no invoice, no bill, no calls, no nothing for a whole month. I wish it was possible to give a negative star review. I called and told them when I get paid and when I would be in. The lady actually reccomended I borrow from someone else to pay them, which I thought was illegal but she swears is not. Even after me calling and speaking to them, they not only call me, but also call my employer and personal contacts. i have done business with you for over 10 years .I talked to your agent Friday about difficulty to make payment this month due to AN EMERGENCY AND ALSO MANDATORY EVACUATION IN MY AREA DUE TO HURRICANE DORIAN. E OF YOUR AGENTS CAME HARRANSInG THE HOME WHERE I STAY WITH MY ELDERLY SICK FATHER after i told her on Friday the reasons i was going to be late this month. You people need to hire professional people not rude people who calls your house early in the morning and late at night I was willing to make the payment but her rude butt gonna tell me what I've gotta have,so I blocked southern finance and told them to put me in collections it's your loss not mine cause if I go bankrupt you might get$3 I really think you should hire a whole new Crew and get rid of that manager name Jennifer, she's in **********in *****ga

If you get behind, and even if you call to explain and then get caught back up, the women at this particular loan place, Covington Credit, get really heavy-handed and very condescending to the point of trying to make the client feel incompetent and stupid, even berating clients in front of other clients. Just 4 more payments and we are DONE with Covington Credit forever. It's too bad also, because one lady named Latrice, who sits towards the back is very pleasant and very professional. Yes, I have been receiving phone calls several times a day from the manager at this location trying to reach someone that is NOT me. I don't answer numbers NOT in my contact list, but after a few weeks and several voice mails I called her and told her I wasn't who she was looking for and not to call my number again if SHE did I would report her company to the BBB, SHE was really RUDE and PUSHY . Covington Credit is a horrible company to work with. They call you ALL the time! First off they do not send you an invoice, a bill or an email etc. They expect you to somehow automatically know when a payment is due. Then they call you like 5 times a day or more. Then when you make your payment then they call you asking you to borrow more money.
