When I opened this loan account I was told that there would be insurance attached for if I ever lost my job or became disabled. I did in fact lose my job and contacted the company. I was told to come in and fill out paperwork and my loan payments would be taken care of until I returned to work. Whew! I’m so glad I read these reviews, I think i just dodged a bullet Lol! Its so sad that these things have happened to SO MANY PEOPLE! I was 2 seconds away from submitting my information and something said READ THE REVIEWS and holey smokes is this a shady/Malice company. I would NEVER apply here, this company needs to be out of business.

Heights Finance in Eau Claire Wis is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Nothing but double talk, workers or a lack of REFUSE to answer their emails, NEVER call back when they say they will, constantly blaming it on just 1 person working, told us there were no funds available for a rewrite of a loan that they said they would do over a MONTH ago! Very bad attitudes! Blames computer system for everything. REFUSED to give a receipt for a cash pmt!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I needed a small loan when I was going through a separation from my ex. I took a $600 loan from them. I was told I could pay off my loan earlier than the 9 months and that I would be credit back the amount in interest towards my account. Well Ive paid back $500 so far and called in to let them know I wanted to repay the remainder of my loan. They told me I had to call in to do this so they could give me an accurate payoff amount. Received harassing phone calls from this company regarding someone I have never met being behind on their payments. Caller stated she looked up my information on the internet and it said I may know the person, which I do not. Asked to be placed on do not call list. This is horrible unprofessional that I now know this person first and last name and that they are behind in paying their bills.

The most rude and disrespectful sorry excuse for a bussiness, harass customers and breach information that has not been consented To use. MISTY needs to be fired and im having ba lawyer look into their shady actions. Do not go here

Worst experience ever! I cashed a check sent to my mailbox during a difficult financial time. I received all the necessary paperwork with details of ways to pay. Three weeks before the payment was due they started calling me. I work the same hours so I was unable to return the call. I wasn’t even sure who they were or why they were calling me. I received phone calls from my ex husband who lives out of state, my mother who lives three hours from me, and my brother who also lives out of state that a debt collector was looking ... read more

I should have read these reviews before even putting in my information request. Your questions are invasive and make it seem as if you are belittling and want to run off potential customers. Asking the purpose of the loan is typical in the loan process and a reasonable question, (I have and currently do work in consumer finance)but going further to ask well why dont you have the money, how did you get in the situation and well how would adding another bill even help.... are not.
