I will never do business with you all ever again! Since covid has caused me financial difficulties I've spoken with several people. Thinking we had things understood I'm still being harassed. I owe close to $300 and I've been getting calls almost daily about it. I made a payment online and because their system didn't update it they still harass me continuously. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!

Used their finance company loacted in okc. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE IN THEIR OWN OFFICE NOR PUT NOTES IN ACCOUNT. MISSED ONE PHONE CALL FROM THEM, INSTEAD OF WAITING AND CALLING ME BACK THEY CALLED MY **** SISTER 6 STATES AWAY. LITERALLY 3 DAYS LATE FOR MY PAYMENT BC MY WALLET WAS STOLEN, I HAD RELAYED THAT TO THEM ON FRIDAY. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO STILL BE OPEN WITH SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS

I thought ********* credit was very good I know I could always count on them if I needed a little extra cash I have been with them the last 3years it’s ridiculous how they try to get over on people It’s just not right. ********* credit went up on the interest rate why why I was paying back $120 extra in interest.. now you’re paying three times back more So basically if I borrowed $600 you would have to pay back $720..... NOW if I borrow a $600 You will have to pay back $1100 you have lost a loyal customer why it’s a pandemic... read more

As an Individual who also works in the Banking field, I would Strongly advise against using this company for any financial services. I feel on hard times due to Medical issues in 2019 and took out a small pay day loan to make it through. Thinking I would be back to work within 6 weeks from surgery. I have had nothing but issues with the home office in Hillsboro, TX. I have been screamed at twice by a representative named Dottie, I have filed complaints with the corporate office and it is to the point that I cannot contact them and have to go through corporate instead. While trying to make my last payment, which you are not able to do online, I was screamed at again by Dottie and had to hang up. I do not understand why this person still has a job. I've never dealt with more condescending people in my life. I truly believe that being an arrogant jerk is a job requirement of this company. i'm sorry i ever accepted this unsolicited loan and will burn any future offers i receive. I'm only providing 1 star because i have to.

They are illegally harassing me and my wife even though we have never had a loan or anything through them. Called them back to tell them to cease and desist their actions and Caroline straight lied stating they never called us jokes on them though as I have proof under the letter of the law and any further attempts at contacting us is resulting in legal action that will stop it or close them

The southern finance company on *** ** ****** ***** sc needs a complete overhaul fire them all and hire smart respectable employees ,got a check in mail deposited it,called office in Conway they say come in on your day off and update info ,well started getting at least ten calls a day from mb office while I'm at work long hrs so I call back some lady says to how dare you cash that check I need to run you credit and ok you to cash it ,What the heck ,this is two weeks before first payment so I speak to Jesse store manager says... read more

Do not do business with these people they are calling me from random numbers. They have call my job several times after I told them not to. The young lady said she wouldn’t have to call my job if I answer my phone. Clearly I can’t pay them at this time. And when they call they pretend to be collection agency.
