Hands down the worse experience I have ever had with an apartment! Coming into the lease we made things clear what we were looking for and were lied to by the representative. After we signed our lease we were given the keys and the apartment was absolutely disgusting! there were dead bugs, an absolutely unbearable odor, at least 25 stains on the carpets, the cabinets hold the same odor as the apartment. horrible place to live and deal with. no respect once they get you to sign the lease. they will #\$%\$ over every chance they get and will steal every cent from you. stay away from and do not rent from.Â

Their idea of upgrading and improvements include downsizing and going cheaper while doubling your rent. Don t ask them for anything because instead of making anything better or fixing anything you will end up with an even worse apartment than you started with. Manager is a D.M.B times 10Â

Down right horrible. Have to call every week to finally get something fixed. The heat won t heat up the apartment on cold nights even when set to 90�. Snow removal is a joke got 2 feet of snow one night took almost 2 days for them to plow it out. No parking hardly. And when you go to move out they show up whenever they want to show your apartment. Worst place ever...just like everyone else this place sucks!!! Loud neighbors, kids constantly in the hallways being loud and rude, ghetto people, mgmt sucks! Theyre trying to cheat us on our renter tax information, keep calling/emailing them but they wont respond back to me. Make sure that you calculate your rental tax info when you get it cuz theres a chance they will try and cheat you. Last summer when the weather was really bad, it took them 2 weeks to get us a properly working ac. Do not stay there!!!Â

Apartments are GROSSSSSSSS, filled with bed bugs, oraches and rats. And manager needs some attitude adjusting. I have only lived there for three months and we have already had a rotten fridge smell, needed to be replaced and mold in wall, also the entire closet had to be redone due to water from the bathroom. SMH!Â
