From check in thru eye exam, and consultation with Dr Covington it was an efficient, professional, personalized experience. The team (staff and Dr) treated me like they would a family member.
Dr. Covington very good optamologist. Answered all my questions I had , & gave thorough examination. The only problem I had was the wait time .

I found the entire experience to be very professional and friendly from the time of check in. All processes and procedures were explained along the way. You were given time to ask questions and get answers to all questions along the way. The staff was very knowledgeable and put you at ease. Yes I would highly recommend Dr. Covington. He always takes time to explain what's going on with my eyes and is never in a rush.

Dr. Covington and staff were all very professional, courteous, and respectful of my time. Dr. Covington took plenty of time to discuss my eye issues and answer my questions.
Very pleased with Dr. Covington’s service and appreciate his experience and time taken to explain everything. Wilmington Eye has been my eye center for several years and I’m thankful for the range of services and expertise they offer. I’ve seen other eye doctors and was not impressed and my GP recommended this office. I highly recommend them to anyone.
