Awesome office. They were short staffed the day I went but you would never have known it by how smoothly everything went. Very impressed . Dr Covington and his staff was wonderful. Highly recommend!
It was very busy, but they still managed to see me within responsible time. Dr. Covington is very through. Friendly office staff. I did ask him he assistant if I needed new glasses and was told “that’s up to you”. I wasn’t sure how to interpret that. Something like “it’s not a major change but if you feel your not seeing as well then get new lenses.” The greatest unnecessary wait (about 10 minutes) was having to pick up prescription in the eye center store in lobby. New to the area and my first visit for annual exam. Very nice facility and well organized. Dr Covington and staff were very professional, thorough and personable.

There were complications, which I had to pay hundreds of $$$ extra for. I am not pleased.
I am more than pleased with the timeliness of my visits and my entire experience with Dr. Covington.
Dr Covington was wonderful! Answered all my questions, put me at ease, was caring and did an excellent job with my eyes !! I can see things that I haven’t seen in years!! Would definitely recommend Dr Covington to anyone!!
