The other day, I posted a review of agent Lisa Carlton. Due to some miscommunication, that review was not very favorable. We have since met in person and resolved our issues. There were things that she wasn't aware of and things that I felt should have been handled differently. People are people and mistakes and misunderstandings happen. The lot work has been completed (grading and removal of stumps). There are still a few things that need completing, and we have been assured they will be handled in a timely manner.
