Do not be fooled! This dental office is out for the $$$ and not you. You have the right to file a grievance if you are not happy, but they, especially Tina and Claudia will abuse you verbally if you do so. The dentist is a dear, but the staff clearly doesn't care about anything but the cash! I don't know about you, but I do not like to be taken advantage of and give away money they obviously isn't due to them. My plan included some work that I didn't need or have done, but, they refused to give me over $1000.oo in cash that I paid for. Save yourself the time and trouble.

West Coast Dental is the Best! – I absolutely love West Coast Dental and recommend this local office to all of my co-workers and family members. My first visit to the office by my house was for a painful cavity. I was so scared that I didn’t want the dentist to even look at my teeth. My co-worker told me about this place and I gave it a try. To my surprise the appointment went smooth and I felt very comfortable there. The dentist and staff were very qualified and welcoming. My dentist fixed my cavity in no time and I was back to work after an extended lunch hour. I know go to this dentist for just about everything. I just made an appointment for teeth whitening! Can’t wait.

Go with West Coast Dental – Don’t waste your time with other dentist companies. West Coast Dental is simply one of the best dental companies in the nation. Not only do they have local offices throughout the nation (which means you’re sure to find one near you) but they have been around for more than 20 years. West Coast Dental simply hires some of the best dentists in the industry. I make appointments for all types of dental procedures, from regular check-ups to major procedures. Last year I got my wisdom teeth pulled out and everything went smooth. You can’t go wrong when you go with West Coast Dental. Simply put: they have the experience, the talent, and the facilities! Unlike my last dentist, I was impressed to notice that my local West Coast Dental was equipped with modern equipment and the latest tools. This is a great place for families and children of all ages.

Never Again I hate this place. My now 5 year old daughter had a baby root cannel on her front tooth last NOV by the childrens spec. I paid $250.+ to put her to sleep for the service. About 2 months later her tooth turned gray, I took her back and the same dentist who said it was normal because the tooth was dead. The cap fall off 2 days ago (less then one year after the service). Since then I've changed her dentist to Newport Dental/Bright Now Dental on Azusa and the 10 freeway. The dentist there stated that the tooth is now infected and has to be extracted. Never again will I go back to Covina Dental. Please do not take your children here....it is a JOKE!!! My daughter went thru all that pain to do it all over again less then a year later.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They do not listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. In my specific situation they overcharged me more than three times the amount I was supposed to pay according to my dental insurance. I was lead to believe that the charges were correct even after I complained to their staff. I had to contact my insurance company and after a telephone call from my insurer, they accepted their "mistake" and promised to reimburse the excess amount they overcharged me. That's just bad business. I was planning to recommend this office to my family and friends, but after this terrible experience, I definitely will not. Be careful when they give you an estimate for your treatment and check with your insurance company before signing any payment documents!
