Staff is very lax about masks, and refuse to wear them properly even when asked.
Their office staff have no respect for the safety of their patients. When asked to wear masks properly, they get an attitude instead.
They are not professionals and they lie!!!!
this is the worst place you can go!! these people have no customer service skills(who trained these people) they are so rude, they show no empathy, even my 2 daughters don’t come here anymore, DONT GIVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE ANY MORE BUSINESS!!!!!! (and I usually don’t complain, but they went over my limit)
I had an opportunity to take my key to his dental appointment I meant some people over there they were nice they were professional they were efficient and I really appreciate them working with my son fixing teeth and they set him up for an appointment for an orthodontist so he can have braces Maybe
Just walked out, had a new patient exam, they took me in, took xrays and left me sitting in the chair for 2.5 hours! Never got my cleaning, nobody explained why I had to wait so long. Chair had some weird yellow drip dried on it. Worst dentist ever, avoid at all costs
Great team in this office. My insurance provider sucks, but the dental office is amazing. My entire family will definitely continue to use this office. Everyone is super friendly. The dentist is absolutely hilarious and down to earth. Will definitely be back.
