Had an appointment to come in and this location is closed has been for a long time don't make appointments at this location by the westminister mall they're liars

Paid for same day rapid antigen test, specially done so I can travel internationally. Received a text shortly that I was negative, but its now 36 hours later even though they promised testing documentation within 24 hours... don't use this place if you need test results within a specified timeframe. I received the invoice to my email fine, so it wasn't a wrong email issue.

This is for the Pasadena site. I paid $150 for expedited next-day results of a COVID PCR test (these are normally free of charge). The confirmation e-mail for my appointment clearly stated "next day results." They failed to get me results the next day. I tried calling the number on the website. I was put on hold for an hour only for them to abruptly hang up on me. I e-mailed them multiple times. No response. I think the vaccine gave me covid. Don't get your useless vaccines at this place it will only get you more sick.

My stepdaughter was tested with the supposed 20 min rapid result test last night at 5:45 pm. Still no results the next day. Will request a refund.....
