Go somewhere else. THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR CANCEL... Their online service and customer service is a straight up sham.
0 star if I can give that rating. Ordered next day PCR testing for travel, promised report by midnight next day. Never got it, email customer service back and forth 10 times. Still no report. Ended up missing flight.
Very recommended!! I was “well” treated 😊 ，my appointment was 9:15, and finish my test in 10 minutes.
DON'T USE THESE GUYS IF YOU NEED THE TEST BACK ON TIME !!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I needed a test for a trip that was within 48 hours of flying. I paid premium to have the results back within 36 hours. They lost my test, and after several frantic 4 am calls by me, they took an additional 12 hours to find it and get me the results - which I received after reaching my destination.
