Came here around our scheduled appointment time (1:30 PM) only to see a sign that the staff was on break until 2:15 PM? Really? Total mismanagement of schedules, it’s very clear that this place doesn’t care about the customer experience at all.
They could give better directions. The address doesn't take you to the right place. For anyone who is looking for this place Google Firestone in Southland Mall.

DO NOT use this place! They are basic criminals. I paid $150 for a test to go to Hawaii. I even spoke to the test taker that I needed the test to get into Hawaii and Hawaii does NOT recognize their tests. When I went to ask to my $ back they refused. Come to find out you can get a FREE test at the airport! DON’T GO HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Travel plans could be up in flames 🔥 because of these thieves!
