Ignacio and his team (Key & Ben) were incredibly thorough, efficient, honest, reliable and FAST in COMPLETELY REPLACING our cover system after 3 months of no progress from another service company we paid to fix a switch (that company went incommunicado after tearing the 2-year-old existing cover 🤯). CoverSafe proved to be an excellent value for the incredible service and product quality. Fantastic customer service, highly professional—couldn’t have hoped for better! HIGHLY APPRECIATED & 100% RECOMMENDED!!!!
The Coversafe guys are great. They installed an automatic cover on our in-ground pool in Centerville, Utah in January of 2025. Our pool cover was broken when we purchased a new home. These guys have bent over backwards to repair some serious damage. They came out immediately when I begged for the safety of my grandkids. Best professionals in the world.
These guys are the best! From the initial meeting all questions and concerns were addressed positively. The installation was professional and well done. They even created a special part on site to help one of my rails last longer. I won’t call anyone else in the future
These guys are true professionals. They diagnosed the issue with my pool cover and had the parts on hand and also repaired it the same day. The price was fair and they communicated from the time to set my appointment to the time they were on their way. I highly recommend them and especially Ignacio and Ben who did a fantastic job.
