Spectacular service! Very quick replacement of my old cover. My tech, Key, cleaned up after himself, was courteous and friendly! Took better part of 2.5 hrs, and well worth it. Changed the cover, ropes and pulley systems on all 4 corners of the pool. I highly recommend Coversafe for your next pool cover replacement. At the office, ask for Ashley, she was amazing at keeping me updated on my order and scheduling!
We are new customers. Ignacio and team were great. Super prompt, very knowledgeable, and friendly, and did great work. Gave us some great advice in response to our questions. Found and patched a couple of holes in our cover. Did a great job cleaning it as well. Here are before and after photos!
This is our second year since Coversafe installed and has maintained our pool cover. They have been fantastic. We were initially unsure about getting the service plan but have so far been very happy we did. We had some initial issues with the cover motor but the Coversafe crew got the issue resolved quickly and it was nice having the piece of mind knowing everything was covered. We had Ignacio and Morgan come out from CoverSafe last week to check out the cover and look at the mechanics of our electric pool cover. The guys were professional, answered questions I had and did a magnificent job. Clean and treated the cover and looks brand new. They’ll be on my regular maintenance for my cover for sure.
Nick, at American Pride Pools (who is also fantastic), told me about Coversafe after one of our ropes broke and I’m so glad he did. The rep on the phone was extremely helpful in laying out my options. We opted for the annual maintenance plan which covered the ropes, a cleaning/uv protective coating, and other features that I don’t remember. I believe you get 10% off per year that you have the maintenance plan that can go towards a new cover replacement.
