After the new management took over earlier this year and fixed the place up and also repaved the whole apartments this place has been a lot better! My leasing agent Elijah Taylor worked really hard to get me in my apartment and make sure I was satisfied with everything. I really appreciate good customer service and he was totally great through the whole process!
The Apartments are trash. DONT MOVE To Covered Bridge‼️‼️‼️ No one ever answers the phone but people are in the office. Maintenance request are never done! They don’t care about their tenants AT ALL! Maintenance people ride around, trying to talk to females that live in the apartment never doing any work. My next step is to send all my emails from my maintenance request and recorded calls to the health department. Because nothing I have requested to get done is fixed.
