Tevin, and Chris, they both were very polite and did a great job replacing our old cover and were great to talk to. They replaced parts that needed replaced and discussed with us why. Would recommend them and Cover Care and will continue to do business with them as long as we own our pool!
Really appreciate the covercare team. We have had a problem pool cover and they have come in retroactively and remedied issues that others had failed at (They did not do the original install). I have a lot of trust in their crews to keep us up and running, maximizing the life of our cover.
Our pool builder was no longer in business. When the rope broke for our automatic cover, I wasn't sure who to contact. I contacted the person who took over the "dba". I called the manufacturer and he directed me to "Cover Care". They were the ones who originally installed my pool cover for the prior builder.
