The reviews and neglect doesn't surprise me a bit. I'm a former apartment maintenance supervisor. A friend of mine reached out for information about mold and mildew in their unit at these apartments. I'm sure management here just like at my old apartments only care about their high end apartments and fear effecting proper change in the tax credit low income properties. Going on 3 weeks without AC in my apartment,, it’s so horrible with this heat we have ,,, I’m so upset that it’s taking so long for them to fix this Urgent problem,, I have 3 Medical problems with my kids , I have all there paperwork to prove it ,, I put my work order in through the app on June 2 , and it took a hole week Just so they can look at the dammm AC , just to be told oh Sorry it’s the compressor that went out !!! I have black mold in my bathroom. I’ve been living here Since September, it is now December my tub is already cracking paint is chipping off and they say there’s a bunch of apartments that have it and they’re dealing with the leaking problem. I am 39 weeks pregnant and I have to bleach my roof with a ladder every couple days cause I have black mold growing on my roof in my bathroom of my apartment.
