I would give them a ZERO rating!!! They don't want to make repairs! I have lived here a month and a half! Already went a week with no hot water before they finally fixed the problem from the upstairs apartment! They never even looked at my hot water heater, the guy from the gas company relit it! I have had no heat for over 2 weeks in below freezing temperatures and now I am sick!!!

Living here was the absolute worst experience. The fixtures were constantly breaking and having to be replaced, several leaks in the bathroom and kitchen. We had cockroaches in our apartment on several occasions. The pool was never clean throughout the summer, lots of trash in the drains.
