The building is in a nice area and that is the best thing about it. Other than that it is infested with rodents and rats. Management will not do much to take care of any issues. The maintenance guys refuse to even take a look at your problems and claim things are working rather than check it. For example when the heater in the apartment was not working rather than try to fix it they will say "I like it at 55 degrees." There aren't any up to date reviews on here, so I figured I'd write one. This building isn't the worse place in the world, but I definitely don't feel like it's worth the $1300+ rent. They don't offer anything, except for free parking, there's NOT one amenity. - The pictures on here are not accurate. I have no clue where they got them from. - Take the "upgraded" description lightly, they're your basic/average units. The cabinets are uneven and the kitchen flooring is peel and stick.
