Highly Recommended!!! There was clear communication and the service guy, Mark, arrived on time. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave a detailed explanation for what needed to be done. He checked the attic and crawl space, as well as the surrounding areas of the house. No cutting corners on his part! I called to ask for a recommendation on where to take an injured turle but the man who answered interrupted me and said we don't do that. So I asked him did he know anyone who did? No you will have to just research it. NOT AT ALL professional or helpful!!??
