I contacted Covenant via the website late one Wednesday evening, the next morning by 8am I received a call from Doug to see how they could help. I gave them what I thought was the issue of having bats and possibly squirrels in my attic. I was given an appointment for that same day. Good work for checking the squirrel around my chimney.he give me good ideas for that.
I've been battling squirrels in our attic for a long time. I've trapped some and covered over the entrance hole with wire, but they always found their way back in. They were driving me crazy up there. Mark came out, installed a trap in the entrance, quickly caught three squirrels that were having a bachelor party (their last), made sure no more were in there, and then securely covered the entrance. I am very happy with the service.
Mark is very friendly and polite. Explained the situation well and was able to catch my squirrels quickly.
Mark and Alec did an amazing job removing the squirrels and nest from my chimney. Covenant Wildlife responded to my call quickly and had the knowledge to eliminate the current problem and prevent future issues. They were professional throughout the service call.
