We had a family of raccoons living in our attic and they were able to handle getting rid of them and patching the damaged areas. We even decided to go with their recommendation for adding new insulation to help mitigate future rodents/pests. They even showed up on the morning of July 4th to pick up some of the raccoon babies that had escaped the attic into our carport. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone dealing with wildlife squatters.
I called about a bat issue, and Jesus came out the same day. He was very thorough with inspecting the attic and perimeter of the house. The bats had vacated, but he offered to return if we saw new evidence of their return. I did not feel pressured at any point.
After finding large amounts of bat guana at our back door we knew our bats were back and far more than the 1 or 2 that had been there before. I contacted Covenant Wildlife that evening and Jesus came the next morning. He removed the 20-something bats from their location and placed a screen over the eave to keep them from getting back in. For the 2 or 3 stubborn remaining ones, he left a tube for them to exit out of but not get back in through and said he would be back on Friday to fully seal the eave.
