My six month daughter went in for a tongue tie correction. I have never had a nicer bunch of medical personnel. They made sure to answer all my questions and when she began rooting for a snack the nurses took turns holding her to keep her distracted "from temptation" those ladies and gentlemen were amazing and i look forward to seeing them the next time we have to have an outpatient experience.
They were smarvelous!! Took care awesome care of my daughter from the moment we walked into to the door for her surgery until the moment they wheeled her out, thx again���
Thanks again for all the great team of Dr's and nurses that took care of me yesterday. From the time I walked in the front door to the time I walked out the back door. The Best in Lubbock Texas !!
Great place! The staff was all about caring for my child! They were all very kind and considerate of our feelings and concerns. They made us feel very cared for.
They falsely accused me of having pain meds in my purse WHICH was never looked in. I was told i was being ugly n difficult when all I needed was my pain. Controlled! I was practically kicked out with no pain control. I went back 1x and they still argued with me about my pain. When. I left I read my discharge papers n they were not true documentation!!!! I was without pain meds for more than 24hrs NOW just getting it under control. Not ALL staff was ugly BUT some was rude.
