Is it the hospitals adgenda to let ppl suffer now? why arent you treating Billy Pierce? ppl need to look it up & see what this Veterans leg looks like. Its literally rotting away & he is not being helped with Pain Medication. Geez, no wonder the Veteran Suicide rate is up, not to mention civilian suicides. How in the F is this acceptable? What good is modern medicine if you let ppl suffer????
The hospitals poor treatment of veteran Billy Pierce is starting to flood social media. Billy's leg is wasting away from sepsis but all the hospital cares about is creating another COVID-19 victim by placing him into quarantine without having any symptoms of the virus and before test results came back!
Treat people in pain with compassion. You anti-pain medication zeolots are taking modern medicine back to the dark ages. What in the HELL is going on with that man's leg? Treat his pain!
Billy Pierce has a leg that is rotting from sepsis. He was given Tylenol for 2 days. Him and his wife had to fight for pain medication. Surgery won't happen, unless he takes a covid test, but you won't give him the test, with no symptoms. That's not fair. This man could die from that! That man fought for our country!!
They have really dropped the ball with veteran Billy Pierce! They have done nothing but give him the run around. His leg is rotting off from sepsis and we had to fight just to get pain control! Unacceptable
RecommendedI wouldn’t go anywhere else!! This hospital is amazing... the work they do, the compassion they show is unlike any other!! I just had lung surgery and with the covid going around I had to stay alone but the staff were there for me way beyond what their job required of them!!
I’m tired of my sister having to go to the er and all the staff there either loudly talks bad about her or giving her the rudest looks. Tonight she just walked out bc the staff at the front was totally rude to her and my nephew needed his ear glued or needed the strips on them since you can’t stitch that part. Now on she will be going straight to Lubbock. I knew this hospital wasn’t #1 choice but it use to be half way decent I feel like it’s going down hill.

Absolute HORRIBLE management team. You have staff that is classified by the CDC as "high risk" and yet you send them to COVID clinics knowing this and knowing they might have members of their households who are also high risk. You claim your motto is "Know me, Care for me, Ease my way" and you do NOTHING to protect your staff, especially during such a difficult time!
