ER service is ridiculous, we’ve been here since 1 and still waiting. When I asked how much longer they said 4 more patients are ahead of us... seriously it shouldn’t take this long to be seen..

RecommendedWhen I got surgery down there. The Drs and nurses were wonderful. The aides attending me were very nice and quick to assist in anything I needed. It was sudden and unexpected, on a weekend. The emergency room care was quick and reassuring to help me also. I would and have encouraged others to recommend Covevnant med center

RecommendedMy mother had a stroke and was airlifted in this morning. The ER staff was PHENOMENAL, EXCELLENT the most caring, compassionate, professional team I have had the privilege of being in the presence of. Especially nurse named Brooklyn. She restored my faith in ER nurses. She is an exception nurse and human being. Others should strive to be half as impressive as this young lady is. I am a nurse myself and this young lady as well as several others restored my faith in hospitals. The world needs her grace and countenance.
Yesterday my husband woke up not feeling well and he went in to be seen just to be sent home later that day he had an allergic reaction to something they given him so I took him back to the er. Upon arrival he told them what was going on and told them he couldn’t breathe properly the lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional she yelled at him when he asked about how long of a wait is was going to be since he couldn’t breathe properly. 7 hour wait a Man had his hand cut open and another Man bleeding from his leg. The lady at the front desk is rude Hispanic lady she is a receptionist. I worked here for 4 hours this is not the care they should be giving.
