It's a shame Covenant Place Apts 3 refuses to invest in a new hot water heater. I've lived here over ten years and have only cool, cold & luke wsrm water. They receive billion$ in Federal Grants, private donations, etc, but resort to temporary band-aids resulting with no hot water for the past ten years. If you enjoy taking hot showers or washing dishes in hot water this is NOT the place you want to live.
