Refusing a PT w/ Chest Pain based on a previous DR/PT relationship w/ Dr Carrie Payne that went south. Not sure if refusing medical treatment is even legal. But I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The physicians are good but hindered by the inefficiency of the staff. It takes them 4-5 days to call in medication after your doctors appointment. My pharmacy is frustrated with them also.
This is my go-to place whenever I need to see a doctor. The staff is always really nice and the doctors always get me fixed up. I would recommend it to anyone.
Wow 1 hour and 15 minutes wait time. They seriously need separate room for those that are coughing continuously. Doctor comes in looks in ears, throat and listen to chest. Says ok we will call in prescription. Spent all of 32 seconds with me. I go to check out only to find they offer no diagnosis no receipt nothing. Then tell me they will call in prescription to Walgreens when I told them 2 times I use wal mart. Will not be back to this clinic. Oh yea, what is my diagnosis and what are these meds going to be treating??? Uggh... read more
