RecommendedWas seen as walk-in on a Sunday. I expected a wait due to the influx of covid cases in Lubbock. The wait was about an hour long. I observed the front desk girls check people in. They were very friendly, even when a patient got angry. Most everyone that entered needed covid testing. They were professional and didn’t seem to be fearful of anyone. I’ve been seen here for years because my primary is here & because they billed wrong and I have a balance due now they refused to let me see my doctor with out paying it of calling the billing #. I said I would pay some on it now and they still refused to let me see Dr Crow! So no I wouldn’t come here anymore. Pathetic to turn patients away with insurance.
Horrible wait time, Dr forgot about me. After 3hrs and only getting bloodwork done I had to leave to get my kids. I heard the Dr talking about me to the nurses said he was going to come talk to me and almost a hour nothing. I got upset and walked out walked right past him just sitting on the computer talking to them. Ridiculous waste of my time and $35. Not very happy. It’s not like they were packed
MD Raymond Collier will send you to unnecessary imaging to jack up insurance costs. I have BCBS and tricare both denied the claim he made it was part of the procedure for the ingrown hair to be sonogramed as well as other places. He has now sent me a bill to pay for his blatant gouging of healthcare insurance.
I love Dr. Crow and Dr. Skinner. They are to the best physicians I have ever met. Although I wish Dr, Crow would call things in over the phone. It would make my life so much easier..
The doctors and all the staff are great and work hard to get you taken care of quickly.
Always a good Dr on duty, I just can’t say “I loved it” in respect to a clinic visit. I would totally recommend this place.
