Everyone was very attentive. And seemed to care about your comfort. Considering I don't like being at any of those places they putbtou at ease
My husband was there for Same Day Surgery,and we couldn't ask for better treatment. All the Nurses & Doctors/ Surgeons are great, friendly & caring, which they are and always have been on every occasion we've experienced @ Covenant Health Plainview. This stay everything progressed in a timely manor, and things went very fast & efficiently ! Oh,husband got to have his Surgery in the new Operating Room ! Thanks Covenant Health for an exceptional & outstanding Hospital & Staff !!!!!
20 stars to doctors nurses and his crew and for er room and xray crew and catscan crew for a excellent job. But as for one nurse made it hell for me. Had to use my own meds after recovering was in so much pain i wanted and thought i was going to die. Its like they never put me under i woke up and felt everything and nurse wouldn't give me some morphine or anything i just had to use my own personal meds and weren't very strong had to bare it and dont know why i had just come out of surgery. My stay at Covenant Health Plainview has been Awesome. From the ER to the lab to the nurses on the floor and all people in between. They were Great!! The nurses were Wonerful. The we're caring, compassionate and very competent. They were concerned when I was concerned and happy when I was happy. Great experience!!
Thank you for all your care for my daughter on the 2nd floor. It's been a long week.
It was fast and the Dr really listen 2 my problems and sent me for x-rays on my knee still waiting for the results hopefully soon
Worst billing department ever!! They have sent me at least a dozen bills, every time forgetting to bill my insurance. My insurance has been the same for the entire time my family has been going to them. They seriously need some real management to fix this crap!!!
